Helping homeowners get found

Real feedback from AddressClerk customers.

“AddressClerk sorted our address far quicker than I expected. Before this, parcels were constantly being left on neighbouring streets and takeaway drivers would ring asking where we were. Once our address was showing properly, the delivery apps and services we use started finding the house correctly. Such a relief.”

James Banbury

“Really impressed with how quickly everything was handled. Our new-build address had been causing problems for months and drivers kept ending up two streets away. Now our house is showing properly and deliveries come straight to the right door without us having to give directions every time.”

Sarah Bicester

“We'd got used to chasing parcels around the estate because our address simply wasn't being found properly. AddressClerk made the whole thing incredibly easy and kept us updated throughout. Since it was corrected, the delivery services we use have been finding us without any trouble.”

Frequently asked questions

The things people ask before they get started.

How does AddressClerk work?

Tell us your official address and show us exactly where your home is. We identify the issue, prepare and submit the appropriate Google Maps correction, then email you updates.

Can you guarantee my address will be added?

No. Google decides whether and when corrections are accepted. We prepare, submit and follow up the strongest accurate case. Your one-off payment covers further reasonable attempts, subject to our terms.

How long does it take?

Google sets the review time, so there is no fixed turnaround. We email you when your case is submitted and when its status changes.

What is the difference between Standard and Complex?

Standard covers a missing or misplaced home address on an existing road. Complex covers missing roads, previous rejections or multiple corrections. Start with the free address check and we’ll tell you which applies.

Are you part of Google?

No. AddressClerk is independent and is not affiliated with Google. We have no special access or partner status. We handle preparation, submission and follow-up; Google controls review and acceptance.

Do I pay again if another correction attempt is needed?

No. It is a one-off payment, not a subscription. Further reasonable attempts on the same legitimate address are covered by the original fee.
